Heh, good thing that comic’s posted up there, otherwise the comment wouldn’t make much sense…
I like the pose overall, though I cannot deny that there appears to be a lot wrong in this image, mainly on the anatomy front. His left arm for example seems to be weirdly bend. Added to that is that the mouth is bothering me somehow, it appears to be too low, and though that works well as an added effect for this particular pose and expression, I cannot shake off the feeling that when looking straight ahead his face would be slightly mutilated in appearance.
