Training progress #-7

As said, Thursday was the last training this year.. too bad the gym is closed in the holidays, but I’m ill anyway. Trained Cartwheel-Sideflip again and managed to do it much more powerful than last time (thanks Andy!). Also I got a strain again, but nothing serious.. 😉

Holidays give me a bit time to train my abdominals, biceps and ankle joints and think about what tricks I’m going to learn before Australia.
